John Bair
Executive Director
John Bair brings more than three decades of experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership. His career includes founding and leading technology companies as well as developing major university-industry initiatives that connect manufacturers with engineering expertise and innovation resources.
As Executive Director of OMIC, John provides strategic leadership focused on building partnerships, expanding access to technology and expertise, and strengthening Ohio’s manufacturing and innovation ecosystem.
